FARM FRESH LIVING
Greetings from the farm!

Farm Fresh Living snow in Eastern OregonAfter a record breaking winter in Eastern Oregon, summer has finally come to the farm!

This past winter we had over 8’ of snow on our farm, burying our greenhouses and drastically changing the familiar landscape. Snowshoes became an extension of our legs as we negotiated the drifts of snow which blanketed our farm. As the snow receded we were pleased to find little damage done by the snow other than a few crushed items that succumbed to the weight of the weight of the snow, including our white rail fencing. Most importantly though, we were overjoyed to find our hardy plants andFarm fresh Living Spring Eastern Oregon perennials happy and growing underneath the snow including our cold-hardy blueberries.

With summer now here we are busy once again growing, shipping plants and perennials all over the US to anxious gardeners. We still manage to sneak in a few spare moments to enjoy our own gardening, the sites and sounds of the Eastern Oregon mountains and of course fly fish!

If you are cold-hardy gardener, you can browse our extensive online store for hardy, pesticide-free grown perennials at StargazerPerennials.com.

Enjoy!
